You can run as many warehouses and users as you need. Everything ties together under one login — so you see it all, everywhere.

CRM integration is a top priority. Our team is actively working on open API and CRM sync capabilities. For now, you can easily export your job costing data from Inventory HQ and import it into your CRM or accounting software.

Absolutely. Your inventory and costing data are encrypted and stored securely on our cloud infrastructure. Only authorized users in your company can access it.

Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime and you won't be billed again after your current billing period ends. Annual plans are billed up front at a 15% discount and are not prorated if canceled early. If you do decide to cancel, please be sure to export any data you want to keep. We retain account data for up to 365 days.
